Menaissance: The Literary Journal of Men
Menaissance is a literary print journal published twice a year by Northern Kingdom Publishing, San Antonio, Texas. We are bringing together readers and the best storytellers and poets we can find. We publish works of established writers and new writers who have something to say about Men. We are committed to quality writing which is entertaining, intellectually stimulating, and emotionally meaningful for our readers. Our writers create the best literature regardless age, sex, race, lifestyle, and/or national origin.
Editorial Focus
Our Journal features fiction, non-fiction, and interviews with Leaders who exemplify the True Nature of Men. We are an independent publisher with a Mission to publish works that are educational and enhances our readers understanding of Men. We work with authors to develop their works based on the Truth rather than fiction propagated by the Liberal main-stream media, “Uber People”, and the Intelligencia.
Tips from the Editor
We are interested in works that reflect the nature of Men, how we live, and the positive and negative effects of our changing roles in society. We are NOT interested in the literature sold in Men’s’ Studies sections in book stores. i.e. the effects of sex changes from man to woman and the reverse, homosexuality, dysfunctional lives, male bashing, faulty studies proving that men are bad and woman are good, etc. We're open to all works. We will consider anything written well that communicates a sense of maleness and its reality, tragedy, and brilliance. We are NOT interested in the “Dark Side”. We ARE interested in publishing works that expands society’s understanding of maleness and portrays the Truth of who we are.
